Windows updates doesn't seem to do the trick either, I was hoping it would be patched. I did the uninstall keyboard and then when system rebooted yesterday it was working. MOST if not ALL memory management software WILL clear the clipboard queue every time it engages..and it does so very often..in seconds usually. I closed Outlook, bounced Excel again and everything was back to normal. There was no solution after adjusting all options in all programs.
