Now it just hangs at the windows logo and never goes past that. Thank you for signing up. This is terrible advice to be giving out to peple who may not know that much about computers. Repairing Windows replaces these important files without removing or changing anything else on your computer.Note: In Windows 10, 8, 7 & Vista this is called a Startup Repair.
