For one reason or another, my Linksys WRT54GL wireless-G router began intermittently dropping DNS connections (220.127.116.11) even though the default gateway (192.168.1.1) respond normally to pings. I finally HAVE EMAIL AGAIN!!!!!! I confirm and reiterate, his solution is 100% successful for fixing the "outlook will not send" problem we were experiencing….and it is most assuredly an issue with importing contacts jane Hello I deleted all but one of those firewall exceptions, doubled checked the remaining one had the proper setup, and immediately I was able to properly send & receive. check over here

I was sending emails to distribution lists OK, and suddenly see what happened: Outlook sends emails OK, they apparently go out but do not reach the destination. Problem solved 🙂 Now one other thing I can't figure out is why Outlook 2007 (on Vista) keeps downloading "new" messages that I have already received!!
In my opinion, I think the BEFW11S4, although it works, is out dated and does not work well with more recent setups. Also another point that might help for some people, disable all add-ins and see what happens.
