THIS DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. . .I DID THE SUGGESTION IN THE VIEW TAB.THERE IS NO SCROLLING COLUMN ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE PAGE. Try Unfreezing. I went to Start, Control Panel, Mouse, Wheel and clicked on "Office 97 Emulation" and that fixed it.
