EDIT: Make sure GRT option is enabled in the backup job to be able to restore individual items from the information store backups. I thought you needed at least version 13 for Exchange 2010 and 2008 R2. BE 2010 is Version 13. I can't... I changed the service user to svc_bexec and what happend was, that the support tool is now able to check if the name is unique.
