seems to have eliminated the error! Php Cannot Redeclare Function Previously Declared can ini_set, .htaccess etc ; enable coverage data collecting and xcache_coverager_start/stop/get/clean() functions xcache.coverager = Off xcache.coverager_autostart = On ; set in php ini file only ; make sure it's readable (open_basedir Basically everything that is no longer commented out. Click on "Installer", then on "Package": the first one is just a php script, the second one is a zip file containing everything you need .

It looks like themes.inc is being loaded twice, hence why the functions are trying to be redeclared. chgrp is the command. This happened to me after upgrading my hosting package with bluehost from shared to pro. Chose "Packages" . Make sure your folder permissions and groups are set to the proper groups.

Blacklisting a single class would've just made other classes throw the same errors.
