Who can remember all the page numbers you want to print, especially if you have TOC's, Roman page numbering etc. Now I can't print normally. Click the minus (-) button. On attempting to open the Preferences, I get "Failed to load an application resource".

its really frustrating. To clarify, both files print out from Acrobat, it just that the text prints out incorrectly in the CID version in 10.6.8.
