Try deleting the OutlPrnt file - it's kept in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook in Windows 7 and 8 or C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook in Windows XP. We had to do it to every users home directory that works under TS. All rights reserved. all the clients use 32 bit windows, various flavours from XP Pro to Vsta, to Windows 7.

Same interest to see what Microsoft are doing about this.
