As for the ping tests that you mentioned, are you pinging hostnames or IP Addresses? Allow Incoming Echo Request I am not sure if the gateway is consistently able to be pinged, though I figure it must be - even when A can ping B, but B can't ping A, Any ideas I could try and/or relay to the network guy?
